Nia at Dunblane - Advert in the Wire

The evening class at the Braeport Centre is held on WEDNESDAY (not Tuesdays as incorrectly printed in 'The Wire').

Apart from that glitch there has been a lovely response to my article with plenty of enquiries for both the evening class and the daytime Thursday one at The Dunblane Centre.

The evening class now only has a few places left and so please contact me before coming along.

A few years ago when my caring committments (for my elderly mother) meant I could only make daytime classes starting after 10am and no evenings I found anything of good quality very thin on the ground. Why should those of us who are not interested in the trendy latest thing and the illusory goal of being a size 8 or looking like a super-model be exciled to poor facilities and poor provision I am at a loss to know.

I turned to Yoga, the hide out of the sensible, but rather lacking in the music I love so much!

I am so thrilled at last to be able to get the word around and am looking forward very much to introducing those of you who have enquired to Nia tommorow evening (Wednesday!!!) and Thursday afternoon.

In the coming weeks please do tell you friends, there should still be room for a few more, especially in the daytime class.
