INTRO TO Nia  - for new & 'nearly new' to Nia - an afternoon special!

Sat 15th Feb - booking deadline Wed next week - 12th

Must be booked - but if online booking is not your thing contact me by phone or email for other options

Please make it if you can -- I am not often able to do weekend events!

Bring your friends - even if they can't make my regular classes - who knows what the future may hold.  Whatever happens we will move for pleasure!

#shareNia    -- There is also a Facebook Event for this which you can share

Yellow and Salmon Autism Event Poster (1
If you've never done Nia, or been to just a few classes this event is ideal to give you a more rounded view of why and how we do what we do - and how to employ Nia best for yourself - but is no means essential to enjoy Nia.

Please feel free to just drop into class when the moment strikes - you can always do this as well.

This is just an option if Sat afternoons suit - if not - then we will learn what will be useful over time.

If you have been doing Nia for while you may still enjoy it and are very welcome.
Tickets available for purchase from 1st Feb 2020.
This event must be booked.
BOOKING CLOSES

Any issues: email me susanirees@hotmail.com if interested.

What if you could be a Nia Teacher ?

FREE   Sat 15th Feb 4.20pm-ish - 5.30pm-ish

meet & chat event after the Intro to Nia Event

meet point: Braeport Centre

chat place:  'The Other Tilly Tearoom, Dunblane (probably)

Train in mindful fitness.png
Lets go for tea and cakes after the Intro Workshop!
If you are at all curious as to the pathway to becoming a Nia Teacher or even to developing your casual Nia attendence towards becoming a 'master student', then lets casually just go and chat.
It may be a dream for the future - but its worth to start dreaming and start planning - it helps just knowing how it can pan out and that you can get going gradually and make your decisions when you are ready
I will tell you my story and share the story some other teachers I know.  The vast majority of Nia Teachers I know never thought they were young enough, coordinated enough, good enough, fit enough, had enough time and so on ....and yet.....
This could be you.
I may have mentioned that the next Nia foundation course in Edinburgh in July but this is not necessarily a chat for this year - but maybe for next year or years to come.  However I do have details of a special offer for July's course if you are interested in that at all.
And there is always cake!
Meet me at the Braeport Centre at 4.20 and we will decide where to go - if you need to meet me directly at the tea shop - we will probably go to 'The Other Tilli Tearoom' up the hill in Dunblane. Contact me if thats the case.
You are welcome to come to the teashop even if you've not done the taster
.....and also if you are interested...musing....one day that you might consider doing the the Nia foundation course (The White Belt) just for personal growth and for your health and improved outlook.
Ten or more people in Scotland have done this (and masses worldwide) - I can put you in touch so you can ask them directly.
The White Belt is not foremost about teaching.....teachers must be grounded in the practice first - we develop most of the 'teachery' skills like choreography through the tools, teacher-feature videos, routines etc  given to us after the White Belt.  Nia Teacher membership is a seperate step (money-wide and committment-wise) taken after the White Belt - either the following week or weeks, months, years after!
Nia is always about choice!
#chooseNia    (I had to say that!)
This meet & greet event is free - but I'd like to know you are coming - please book the event here -- or simply message or email me directly.
