Britta and Letizia are amazing teachers - try to make at least 1 -- you have almost 2 weeks of 1or2 classes a day - don't miss out!
Burnisland is where Nia first 'landed' in Scotland and it is where all trainings in Scotland take place and where the heart of our Nia community is. All classes below are for everybody (excpet the one in DARKEST blue which is Nia teachers only). There is even a fascinating evening workshop 2.5hour workshop on connective tissue open to all, or a morning workshop on a particular Nia routine (called Life). Enjoy!
